Clara Harmelin Von Tascha, longtime resident of Wilmette, Illinois USA, has dedicated her life to artistic self-expression.
Mediums have been explored, but many of her deeply profound images (as shown here),
are created by reverse painting on glass.
To fully appreciate these works of art, one needs to witness them in person.
There exists wonderful and surprising depth created by the use
of objects installed under the paintings.
These installed objects, such as lace, entice the viewer to observe more closely,
to fully witness the artwork's beauty, intricacies and emotional content.

Clara and her late husband Edward worked as a team, which in turn
allow Clara her creative freedom. His input, encouragement
and support were greatly appreciated. It was Edward that
was the impetus, which made it possible for Clara to
prolifically create her beautiful works of art.
